Culture Questions.
It’s very difficult to understand what it’s like to work somewhere based on the recruitment process.
If you ask about culture specifically you’ll probably hear things like “good” (a response that my teenage son has perfected), “nice people”, and maybe some corporate values like “integrity, innovation, collaboration, customers first” etc.
So how do you get an idea about the culture — how the company gets work done — when you’re in the dating and happy phase of the recruitment process?
