Two magic tips for you today.

#1: Change happens one conversation at a time.

#2: If you hear yourself or your team saying, "They just don't get it," or "I don't know why they won't," or anything with the we/they tone, STOP. Look inward. Leading change is about communicating and inspiring action. If things aren't happening the way you'd like. Look within.

And yes, the "magic" was a bit tongue in cheek.
