Zoom out.

Sometimes zooming out provides the clarity we seek.

If only it were as easy as the zoom-out icon on our computers!

But don't worry, you don't need a full-week retreat wandering through the woods in order to zoom out.

If you have 3 minutes you can zoom out. Here's how:

1. Pick a role where you are a leader
2. Answer two questions about your leadership legacy (worksheet link in comments)
3. Let that sit in a minute
