Personality Isn't Permanent [Book Review].

It is my pleasure to review Benjamin Hardy’s most recent book Personality Isn’t Permanent. This is a book full of facts that inform and inspire.

Hardy walks you through the steps to rewrite the stories of your past, live today as if you are already your future self, and get specific and practical about your future self and what you need to do to get there. The content makes you want to read as much as you can as fast as you can.

Don’t be fooled, though. Personality Isn’t Permanent is much, much, more than a feel-good inspiration book. It is based in science and backed by real-life examples including the author’s personal story.

It is written in a conversational and “I know you can do it” encouraging style. After the last chapter I felt as though I’d been through an advanced course on personal development and a pre-game pep talk. What a beautiful combination!

This book is the companion you need to prepare for and become your future self. I appreciated the questions Hardy asks us to answer in every chapter. This important thinking and work is imperative to help us bridge the “Knowing / Doing Gap”. I encourage you to get a notebook and answer the questions in each chapter as you go through it. Don’t let yourself get away with saying, “I’ll do it later.” Answer the questions as you read and when you finish reading the book you’ll have a gift. You’ll have all of the answers you need to start becoming your future self…now.

Thank you, Ben, for helping us get clarity around the steps to take to become who we are meant to be.

I encourage you to read the first chapter for free and then purchase the book using the buttons below.
